Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If, upon delivery, your item is damaged, defective, or does not match the product description, please let us know at the time of delivery. Alternatively, you can contact us by email at alscollectables@outlook.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Order cancellations may be requested before an order has been dispatched. Approved cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing charges incurred during the original transaction. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
