4. Products & Availability

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify product listings, or cancel orders where necessary.

All products are offered subject to availability. In the event of an inventory discrepancy, supplier shortage, allocation issue, or stock error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on this website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP £) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received and successfully processed before an order is prepared for delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment cannot be verified, is declined, or is suspected to be fraudulent.

6. Orders & Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

• Pricing errors

• Stock shortages

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Abuse of promotional offers

• Breaches of these Terms

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

7. Delivery

ALS Collectables currently provides local delivery services within Gibraltar.

We aim to deliver orders as promptly as possible; however, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Free delivery is available on qualifying orders as advertised on our website.

8. Sealed Product Policy

Trading Card Game (TCG) products sold by ALS Collectables are supplied in the condition received from manufacturers, wholesalers, and authorised distributors.

ALS Collectables does not guarantee the contents, pull rates, rarity distribution, promotional inserts, or card condition within sealed products.

Any manufacturing defects, packaging issues, missing contents, or quality control issues relating to sealed products remain the responsibility of the manufacturer. While we will always try to assist customers where possible, ALS Collectables cannot be held responsible for defects or inconsistencies originating from manufacturers, wholesalers, or distributors.

9. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of sealed TCG products, all sales are considered final and returns are generally not accepted.

If, upon delivery, an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly differs from its description, customers should notify us at the time of delivery or contact us as soon as possible at alscollectables@outlook.com.

Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order has been dispatched. Approved cancellations may be subject to a 3% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs incurred during the original transaction.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service shall limit, exclude, or affect any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Gibraltar law.

Where consumer protection legislation grants rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights shall take precedence over any conflicting provision in these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, branding, website design, and other materials, remains the property of ALS Collectables unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
